Delude

        Paul packed his drums into the vocalist's truck and knocked on the back panel once it was shut.  The vocalist gave a thumbs-up out the window and pulled away.  Paul stuck his drumsticks into his back pocket and took off down the pavement on his long board.  As he coasted down the hills to the other side of town, Paul used the time to meditate on subjects that had long troubled his mind.  Like if most life giving planets were destined to evolve a species intelligent enough to dig up, and find uses for, the toxins deep underground.  Or if raspberries would taste good with bacon.  He decided that for both, the answer was yes.         A
